🔁 Returns – When Are They Accepted?
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Returns requested after 48 hours or for used/opened products will not be accepted.
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us verify the issue and keep the process fair for both you and us.
Your video must clearly show:
- The sealed package from all sides.
- The full opening process without cuts.
- The issue clearly visible (damage, leakage, or wrong item).
Without a proper unboxing video, your return request may be rejected.
💸 Refunds – How & When You’ll Receive Them
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–8 working days.
- Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (if you choose this option).
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
🔄 Replacement Policy
If your product is damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling.
